When I met Suzanne, I challenged her to do what 4 agents before her could not.  That was to sell my house.  I believe it was her patience and follow through that allowed her to achieve the goal.  Since that time, in addition to using suzanne on more than a dozen real estate transactions myself, I referred my mother and father to her... enough said.
